    • Standard Session Fees: $150 per session

    • Sliding Scale Options: A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available based on financial need. Ask about availability during your consultation.

    • Coaching Intensive ($850):
      Includes:

      • 90-minute intake session

      • Five 60-minute coaching sessions

      • Personalized action plan + resources

      • Integration workbook & email/voice note check-in

    • Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards accepted. Full details shared during intake.

  • We are an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not bill insurance directly.
    However, we can provide Super Bills — detailed invoices you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
    Please contact your insurance company to verify your specific coverage and reimbursement eligibility.

  • Therapy services at Haven are provided by :
